[Drawtober Day 8: Hike, which I didn't feel like doing]

How did you decide to draw a cabin? It looks awesome! Great detail! I am very impressed by how strategic the line work is. What is your process for drawing? I believe in rock and roll!

I couldn't think of anything I wanted to draw, major creative block, and just settled on the cabin. I use precise ink pens. I think this one was a v5 or v7. And then I used a sheet of printer paper. I scan it when I'm done. So it's a pen and ink, not digital art.

Terrific and strong designs! Great use of color and amazing silhouettes. There is something I am very unfamiliar with, and that is the concept of adopts. Would you be interested in explaining what they are and what the culture around adopts entails? Also, how did you become interested in drawing? You have a very cool style!

Thanks again! I answered the question in the last post actually! But regarding the Adoptables!!

It's usually a market where you sell character designs! Let's say you are a person who likes to create character designs, selling them is an option!

There are many things you can do with the Adoptables you buy from an artist, although it is usually a whim. People can resell them (depending on the artist you buy from ), use them as oc and ask for more art for them! use them for a brand, for vtuber, etc etc

They are basically designs that you can buy and use as your own character.!! I have personally bought some and used them as OCs, or if I like them for my stories, characters or rols! I hope it helps! It's a rather widespread topic, to be honest xD! I don't even fully understand it

Personally I like to sell them and give extra art depending on the price they buy it for, I like to offer a lot of art for them XD!

Same reasons lots of people like SV, I'm guessing - it's just a nice, chill break from other more intense games. And it's really well-made - we were without a good PC Harvest Moon for so, so long.

I've been drawing since I was a lil' child. I'm a professional artist in my day job, herb emoji is a fun little side-project where I can just draw fun little things like Krobus. I can't really remember why I started!

Very cool design! I like the proportions, and there’s a strong silhouette. How did you become interested in drawing, and what is your process for creating awesome characters?

Thank you very much!! And very good question- It started all at a very young age for me. D and I had been together for a long time, starting all the way back in elementary (((: We used to get inspired by other shows are comics we saw, creating characters from there before actually moving into our own stories!

For designing, its hard to say! I helped draw this one out for him specifically- working on the design of his main sona and using refs for driders I've seen online! Refs for anything can be your best friend!! Be it mood boards or something you see that inspires you!
