Your use of light is incredible. How do you determine when your art is ready to be published?
Your use of light is incredible. How do you determine when your art is ready to be published?
Thanks!! And I'm not sure tbh, I just kinda work on it until it looks done. Then I give it a once over to make sure I didn't miss any glaring issues, as well as add any details I missed, then away it goes
I love how vibrant this is! What advice has helped you in making your art?
lots of advice but generally for design i learned to live by a "less is more" philosophy which is why i tend to strip down most characters i draw and focus on features that make them stand out. another is to keep being inspired. i have done a lot of changes to my style over the months whether it's noticeable or not and most of those changes came from consuming other pieces of work. experimenting is a great way to keep art from being boring. and as for staying hungry, hard work should pay off for everyone that displays it but i feel it getting harder for artists every day. but, i gotta push forward and not let that bug me. my stuff should continue to be here for ppl to see.
Your technique is top-notch.
Thank you!! :3
The colors here are terrific. What part of the creative process do you find most fun?
- The sketching is the hardest because I have a tough time visualizing
- Getting the flats down, right now, is the most fun, i get to play with high contrast a lot
- The colors in this surprised me so I'm going to try it again with my next picture, normally i don't like working with color but i found this new technique on accident and i want to see if i can do it again! I like the layered paint feel.
This piece is so calming.
Thank you!! And feel free to follow if ya wanna see more :))
The color harmony is so well done.
ayeeee, thank you β
This looks so professional!
Thank you so much! ^_^
You have very sophisticated shape language. How did you develop your style?
It's hard to say but I've just been highly inspired by many artists and try to replicate what I really like about there style and slowly develop my own in a way !!
The proportions are perfect. How long does it usually take you to complete a piece?
thank you a ton!!
it depends on the piece and how many I'm working on at the time, but for rewards I mostly always finish within a month. This one was a bit more elaborated (extra character) if I'm right I took from 2 to 3 weeks to finish.
The line work is really clean and precise.
Thank you so much!
βPlease, you have to understand.
