[World Cry Havoc #060]

Pretty funny comic, I think you would help if the text was handwritten to match more of your art style.

What do you think about putting your comics in a playlist? So people can check them out and follow along more easily. It’s difficult to go through your entire gallery and click on each one individually, and a playlist would really help viewers see more of your work.

1. i draw a whole 4-panel comic every day, i don't wanna have to handwrite all of the text on top of that
2. this is all I really upload so I never considered doing that, but I probably should

Great silhouettes and palette. How did you develop your style?

Thanks. This particular style I'm not quite sure where I'd say it came from as far as influence goes. Transitioning from fully digital to digitally coloured traditional is probably why I began hatching everything, and it only occurred to me that I could also colour the lines fairly recently. The curly hair came from Jackie being rose-themed, and may have had some influence from Mynotar's main OC Briar now that I think about it. The colouring style I would say goes back to the sprite draw challenge in 2019 where I decided to work with limited palettes, and going forward at some point determined that ideally every colour in a drawing should have at least two uses. The poses are all based on photos I took for the purpose.

Great work! The legs are a bit wonky, the colors are good, they pop, and the background looks nice. It’s a good decision to have the focal point of your art in bright colors and the background muted, as it creates a strong composition.

Thanks! I got interested in art because I watched Sailor Moon and Power Rangers and wanted to draw cool things like those shows. I especially liked drawing the mecha zords and Sailor Moon's meatball hair.
