Pretty funny, I like the structure, the lip sync is nice, and the voice acting is good. In the NG project, you can also upload a video version. I like that there’s a Flash version, I think that’s really cool. The character dynamics are good too.

I’m sorry to hear that the video encoding keeps getting stuck at 0. All I can recommend is to export your animation and re-encode it using something like VLC Media Player.

I like it, it’s fun. Good work on the animation, voice acting, writing setup, and punchline.

The only thing I can think of that might be an improvement would be changing the sound for the intro, as I think it feels too generic.

I think adding some art to your description would help for your Patreon and store, alongside your links, it would make things more interesting and add more personality to your description.

What makes a helpful review? Because, I honestly don't know.
