I am beginning to notice a theme in your animations, ending in violence. You are really good at setting up the expectation that it will end normally and friendly, but then all of a sudden, she turns out to be a monster and kills the guy. I guess that's her way of showing she likes him. Unlucky guy.
The sound editing, I feel, was well done. The footsteps and background ambience are good; they are in sync with your animation.
Cute, fun scene! I would say I feel quite special. Yes, I do feel special because I am retarded, but that's beside the point. It's cute, it's fun, light-hearted, and wholesome. Oh no, I actually did not expect that the cat would be executed. What a shocking punchline!
I feel that the way the eye pops out and the speed of the hammer hitting the cat's head were very shocking. It induces a response from the audience, which I feel is unexpected.

The music is fun and sets the atmosphere of the environment. I feel the characters are supposed to parody the anime style by exaggerating the features and communicating the comedic atmosphere. The use of stock laughing sound effects adds a lot, and the fast movements of the camera are good. The way Merisa's hand indicates attention from Shizuka, and the subtle motions of the panties on the head of Shizuka seem to indicate that she does not understand that her wardrobe is inappropriate for the public, and this is being pointed out to her, yet she simply does not understand it.
I would say that having the characters communicate the scene through action is a great engaging. It's a big shock how the resolution is solved through violence, and I think the punchline is well executed. The scene where she hits the stop sign for the bus is good, and the blood adds a lot. Additionally, the execution of the gun finishing is impactful.
I apologize if this is annoying, but I am going to provide review commentary for all of your movies. While it may not offer a lot of input, I believe the feedback I can provide can be valuable. I'll share my experience and what I think about your animation.

Flash has very distinct markings. What I find funny is that the man with the brown tie, the coffee smoke, is almost still; it moves very slowly. It's a very interesting effect. The way that the bear with the monocle and the man with the top hat riding the bear and the rainbow shooting out of the rocket and going out into space, I think that's interesting!
A great strength lies in the charm of the style, which is very indicative and remarked of that era. There's a great deal of charisma in how the pacing is set; it is fast and communicates the punchline quickly. I feel this is a great strength.
