i got into doing experimental stuff at some point towards the end of middle school as an excuse to get real wacky with production without caring about song structure/musicality, plus i'd been getting into aphex twin and got inspired by just how off the wall that sound was to my then primarily standard electronica brain.

It's crazy how fast it changes isn't it? XD The normal childhood less than a generation back... so different now. If I grew up before the TV era I reckon I'd have bashed on that too, it's just nostalgic now, but I do feel like both forms of entertainment and the content we had was easier to consume back then; didn't make an effort to replace real interaction the same way... you could just up and leave anytime. It was a temporary distraction. Not so ingrained in every part of our daily life. Just like how it was when phones had wires hmm, rooted to a particular place, not person, but I could rant all day about this shizzle...

Haha ah if we had some better role models in government maybe I really would feel that way. XD Thank you man, appreciate you!
