Great use of dynamic lighting!
Great use of dynamic lighting!
This feels polished and well-executed.
Especially liked the background, the neck looks weirdly proportioned compared to the head. The jewelry is good, but the hand has an awkward shape, the hand looks too fat compared to the arm. The piercings is a good addition, and you’ve done the shading well, but I think the neck could be trimmed more and have a clearer silhouette. You draw much better than me, though.
Thank you for the criticisms and helping me improve! :] I agree, the neck looks a bit off, I think that's in part due to the shading, in part do to things not being centered and that it's not symmetrical. But I also didn't want to make i symmetrical so that's on me
The hand looks a bit bigger because the thumb portion is a bit larger
I think I could work on that next time, same with the silhouette.
Your art is good, you have strong shape language and design, I think the texture is overused. It makes it hard to visually process clearly when the dotted pattern is on both the skin and the background. To help the character stand out more, the texture shouldn't be on the skin. Overall, the composition feels too busy, and it’s difficult for the viewer to know where to focus. Your colours are fantastic!
I leave them like this, so that they don't steal any kind of work from me, like for the art-thief and also the damn AI, for the same reason I oversaturate it so that it's not so easy for it to take my jobs.
The colors really pop!
You have a good approach to expressions.
Great use of highlights.
The line work is really clean and precise.
You have a unique style.
You have good character design. I always appreciate handwritten text.
